Experience

In her time as a writer for PaperCity Magazine, Gabriela has had the opportunity to interview James Beard-winning chefs and hear their stories of how they have become successful in the food industry. In addition to writing, Gabriela was also on the magazine's social media team where she got to interact with fellow food-lovers. Fortunate to grow up and work in the middle of Houston's diverse culinary scene, Gabriela has not found a type of cuisine she doesn't love. She has recently discovered a love for cooking and her kitchen always has fresh baked goods on hand for nightly dessert.

Education

Gabriela has her bachelor's degree in English from Texas A&M University. Whoop! She graduated Summa Cum Laude, thanks in part to all of the local coffee shops that kept her caffeinated.
