- Hannah started writing about food in 2019 while working for Frommer's travel guides, and discovered a real passion for learning more about the people and the history behind the food.
- Her little sister is a phenomenal chef, and Hannah loves photographing and writing about the food she cooks — one day, they're going to create a cookbook together.
- When she's not writing about food, Hannah is a fiction writer, with select fiction and memoir work appearing in On the Run Fiction, Allegory Ridge's fiction anthology, Thirty West's imprint Tilde, and the Sad Girls Club, among other places.

Hannah Berman is a Brooklyn-based food writer and journalist. She has previously written food-related content for the Brooklyn Eagle, Frommer's travel guides, and the Wesleyan Argus. Education
Hannah graduated from Wesleyan University in 2021 with a BA in English Theory and Literary Forms, Italian Studies, and Education Studies.
