Eilish is a writer and editor based in Austin. She has been in the viral news business for nearly five years now. She started out as an intern at the Daily Dot in 2019 and is now the associate managing editor of the internet-focused publication. Her work has also been featured in the alt-weekly newspaper The Austin Chronicle and at the non-profit museum Muhammad Ali Center. Her current line of work keeps her up-to-date on all the latest food hacks and brand news circulating on TikTok. She's excited to further combine her love of food and passion for writing at Mashed.

Education

Eilish received a bachelor's degree in journalism from The University of Texas at Austin, where she also studied government.
