De Laurentiis would then take home two more Emmys in 2020: One was for Outstanding Culinary Host and the other was for Outstanding Culinary Series, pertaining to another show, "Giada Entertains."
However, De Laurentiis has strung together quite a list of Emmy nominations. IMDb shows that each year from 2016-2021, she was nominated at least once. In total, the chef has 10 Emmy nominations spread across 10 separate years. Food Network shares how the culinary arts and entertainment industry are both in her blood and training — the culinary star is the granddaughter of film producer Dino De Laurentiis and got her culinary training at Le Cordon Blue in Paris.
Even De Laurentiis herself might not have imagined that her family lineage and culinary training would lead to winning three Emmy awards and counting. Emmy nominators and voters have recognized her talent many times throughout the years of her career, though.
