A Starbucks Barista Shared This Peaches And Cream Frappuccino Recipe
If you want to order off-menu at Starbucks, aficionados and fans of the coffee chain have found a ton of ingredient combinations to craft what feels like every drink under the sun. According to Glamour, patrons have figured out recipes for Skittles, Blackberry Cobbler, and even Butterbeer-flavored Frappuccinos. While Starbucks baristas might not love when you order complex secret menu drinks (and they probably won't know what you want if you order something like a Santa Claus Frappuccino but can't provide them with the recipe), they don't shy away from sharing their own custom creations with fans and fellow employees.
Over on Reddit, one user who is idenitified as a barista uploaded a picture of their Starbucks secret menu Peaches and Cream Frappuccino. They made this custom drink by combining a peach base with creme base, and adding sweet cream and whipped cream. Fellow Redditors were for the most part impressed and couldn't wait to share their thoughts on the sweet drink.
This Starbucks Frappuccino recipe has Reddit inspired
Starbucks fans and baristas on Reddit loved the custom Peaches and Cream Frappuccino. Some chimed in with their own personal recipes, ranging from, "I made one similar but it was a vanilla bean with oat milk and peach juice," to "I did something similar to this today, except a but simpler: a peaches and cream refresher. Made just like a pink drink but sub Peach juice for the SAB and no inclusions, it was bloody delicious and caffeine free!" One Redditor took the idea to the next level, replying with, "If you sub oat milk and add brown sugar it tastes like a peach cobbler, I add caramel crunch so it feels like crust."
Presumably interested in making their own version of the Peaches and Cream Frapp, one Redittor asked for the proportions used. The original poster shared their exact recipe: "It's peach juice up to the that first rim on the cup below the first black line, then whole milk or sweet cream up to the black line, 2 or more ... pumps of creme, ice, then blend it and put whipped cream on the top." They noted that the more pumps of creme you add, the sweeter the drink will be.
You're unlikely to find this concoction on the Starbucks menu, but if you find yourself craving a Peaches and Cream Frappuccino, you'll be able to order it with this Reddit recipe.
