Reddit Thinks This Is When The Cantina Taco Will Be Leaving Taco Bell
For lots of foodies on Reddit, Taco Bell struck gold when it released one of its newest items, the Cantina Crispy Melt Taco, this October. They were taken aback by how delicious the taco was and showered praises on the brand's new menu item. Per Taco Bell, the taco is filled with some mouthwatering ingredients such as seasoned beef, a three cheese blend, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, nacho cheese sauce, and low fat sour cream.
Customers also have the option of customizing their food and adding beans, chicken, seasoned rice, steak, onions, Jalapeño peppers, and other ingredients to their taco. Sauce options include avocado ranch sauce, chipotle sauce, guacamole, red sauce, spicy ranch, and more. If you're a fan of the taco or are simply curious about the dish, you'll want to hurry. According to several Redditors, the Cantina Crispy Melt Taco will probably be taken off the menu really soon.
There are only a few days left
According to Reddit users, it's likely that Taco Bell will discontinue the much-loved Cantina Crispy Melt Taco around November 10. Hardcore fans are already sad about this update. A foodie wrote that they'll miss the fresh tortilla shells the most. Another fan commented, "the Cantina taco truly is the reason I've been going back to [Taco Bell]. This was the closest I've had since the old days."
Not everyone is sad, though. A commentator mentioned that they can survive without the menu item, but they're partial to something else at Taco Bell. "It's the beefy melt burritos I'll be disappointed to see discontinued," they wrote. Another Redditor said that the taco wasn't extraordinary for them, and it's a normal dish as far as they're concerned. Meanwhile, other Redditors believe that the next menu item that'll make a comeback is the Grilled Cheese Burrito.
