The company issued the recall after the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service received reports of consumers finding pieces of gray nitrile glove inside the soup.

The Panera Bread at Home Chicken Tortilla Soup can also be identified by the establishment number "P-13130" inside the USDA mark of inspection, per the USDA.
