Fans Can't Get Enough Of This Behind-The-Scenes Look At Trisha's Southern Kitchen
Trisha Yearwood skyrocketed to fame in the 1990s for her iconic country music hits like "She's in Love with the Boy," "Georgia Rain," and "How Do I Live." She continued to release chart-toppers over the next few decades, achieving critical acclaim and international success with the release of her quadruple-platinum albums. However, in 2012, Yearwood decided it was time to pursue another one of her lifelong passions — cooking.
She released three New York Times bestselling cookbooks, and in the spring of 2012, her popular cooking show "Trisha's Southern Cooking" debuted on the Food Network. Just one year later, she had already won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Culinary Program, according to CMT. Since its launch, the show has amassed quite a large following. Sadly, filming of the cooking show was forced to come to a halt in early 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, but in April 2021, Yearwood announced that the hiatus would be coming to an end, and filing of "Trisha's Southern Cooking" would finally be able to resume, according to Win Country. Here's why the show's getting some additional buzz now.
