Nearly Half Of Fans Agree This Fast Food Restaurant Has The Best Service
It's no secret that some fast food restaurants are far favored over others to the point of having cult-like followings. The reason for such popularity tends to go beyond the food itself. Despite many fast food chains' attempts to join the chicken sandwich wars or serve a signature dish or sauce that keeps customers coming back for more, the quality of service that fast food restaurants provide is also important. No one wants to sit in a line forever. That's why Mashed took a survey to find out just which fast food restaurant provides the best service to customers.
Mashed took a poll of 637 people in the United States and provided seven fast food options to choose from. Those polled could choose between Dairy Queen, Burger King, McDonald's, White Castle, Wendy's, Taco Bell, or Chick-Fil-A. The winner for the best service was pretty clear-cut, garnering close to half of the votes. But the bottom rankings were more closely split.
This chain was the favorite for best service
The least-favorite fast food service was found at Taco Bell, with just 4.24% of the vote from 27 people. Next up was Burger King with 44 people or 6.91% of the vote. White Castle was third from last, with 7.69% of the vote from 49 people. Finally, Dairy Queen rounded out the bottom four with 8.63% of the vote from about 55 people.
The top three contenders were McDonald's, Wendy's, and Chick-Fil-A. McDonald's came in third place with 11.46% of the vote from 73 people while Wendy's was second with 12.40% or about 79 people. Of course, that leaves Chick-Fil-A as the clear favorite fast food service provider, with 48.67% of the vote from a whopping 310 voters. That's only eight votes shy of half the voters preferring the chicken chain's service. It turns out an efficient staff and the "my pleasure" catchphrase amount to a lot of satisfied customers.
