Jessica Seinfeld Is Releasing A New Cookbook. Here's What You Need To Know
Jessica Seinfeld just announced the name and release date of her fifth cookbook: "Vegan, At Times," which will be available everywhere October 12. In an exclusive with People, Seinfeld revealed that her forthcoming vegan cookbook will include more than 120 plant-based meals that her family (she and husband Jerry Seinfeld have three kids together) has adopted into their diet of late.
"Humans love variety. Sometimes we eat healthy and sometimes we don't. If you can eat vegan food a few days a week, you will feel better, have more energy, do good for animals and the planet," she said.
"Vegan, At Times" will cover lots of vegan meals as well as a few tips and tricks Jessica Seinfeld has learned in the kitchen, including her family's favorite recipes.

When asked about her husband's favorite dish from "Vegan, At Times," even Jessica Seinfeld was shocked. "Believe me, I was surprised too," she said after sharing that Jerry's most-loved meal is her roasted chile rellenos (via People). "He doesn't even know how quick and easy they are to make."
As far as her kids go, 20-year-old daughter, Sascha, is obsessed with her mom's strawberry cupcakes, which are featured in the dessert section. The book will also offer recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, dessert, sauces, and dressings. Additionally, there will be a category for a vegan sample menu, her personal advice on how to create a plant-based pantry, and her go-to vegan pantry staples. According to People, Seinfeld worked with food stylist Sara Quessenberry on the project.
Customers can also expect to get recipe instructions for Jessica Seinfeld's spaghetti and meatless balls, butternut squash risotto, mushroom toast, and mac and cheese, according to Delish. "Vegan, At Times" is currently available for pre-order on Amazon.
