The Burger King Secret Menu Chicken Sandwich You Didn't Know Existed
Almost every restaurant has a secret menu these days. McDonald's, Starbucks, Panera — if it's a major chain, chances are high there's a whole slew of unlisted menu items just waiting to be discovered by super fans. Burger King is another fast food restaurant that's famous for its unique (and sometimes over-the-top) secret menu orders. There's the Burger King BLT, which is essentially a cross between a cheeseburger and a BLT. And the Frings, which is an order that's half onion rings and half French fries. And even the Quad Stacker, which is also known as the Suicide Burger and has four patties, four slices of cheese, and bacon (!!).
But it isn't just beef up for grabs on Burger King's secret menu. There's also a chicken sandwich that most people didn't realize was available at the popular burger chain. Here's what you need to know and how to order it for yourself.
It's loaded with all the good stuff
You may not have known you can get subs at Burger King, but you can. Known as the Burger King Club, the sandwich includes crispy fried chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese piled high between two toasted sesame seed buns. The blogger behind FoodBoss tried it out and gave it a very enthusiastic review, calling the item "the most delicious hidden chicken sandwich there is." They say it's very similar to the classic Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich.
According to Secret Menus, the Burger King Club costs $3.99 and, while you might be able to order it by name at some drive-thrus, there's a good chance employees won't know what you're talking about. No worries — simply ask for the original chicken sandwich with added bacon, tomato, and cheese. If you want an extra tasty bite, FoodBoss recommends asking for honey mustard and mayo, too, raving that it tastes just like Chick-fil-A sauce.
