Details You Didn't Know About Jet's Pizza
Pizza is almost always a good idea. It's even better when you get access to good-quality pizza that keeps you coming back for more. While several pizza brands have been making their presence felt across the country for their unique offerings, one of the names that's been creating a buzz is Jet's Pizza. First started by entrepreneur Eugene Jetts, the brand has a pretty interesting backstory.
As per the official website, while Eugene was initially scrambling to buy a house for himself, he ended up signing a lease that would essentially become the first outlet for Jet's Pizza in Sterling Heights, Mich. with his brother, John Jetts. They first named their eatery, "Jetts Party Shoppe and Pizzeria." Committed to serving delicious deep dish pizza, the brand found itself growing at a fast rate among pizza loyalists, opening outlets in as many as 19 states. Fans can get access to Detroit-style pizza, New York-style pizzas, appetizers, sandwiches, desserts, and more.
Jet's Pizza focuses on high-quality ingredients
As per PR Newswire, Eugene and John Jetts were inspired by their mom's special recipe when they first came up with their Detroit-style deep dish pizza. The brand now has over 380 outlets across the country. At each outlet, staff members prepare the dough every morning by hand, make sure to use premium mozzarella, chop fresh vegetables, and prepare sauce using a mix of fresh vine-ripened tomatoes and Jet's special blend of spices and herbs. "There are a lot of ways out there to make cheaper pizza", Eugene once said. "Jet's is about better pizza. That's why we have never skimped on the product or ingredients, and never will."
Jet's has successfully gained a fan following for its signature, square-cut pizzas. Fans can choose from many options, such as gluten-free, thin crust, vegan, and more. A loyalist wrote on Reddit that as soon as they got off the plane in Detroit, they headed straight to Jet's Pizza to fulfill their pizza cravings. A commentator wholeheartedly agreed with this sentiment and wrote, "As far as chains go, Jet's wins for me. Pepperoni and feta on deep dish turbo crust. It's delicious simplicity brought to my door."
