This Viral Strawberry TikTok Recipe Blows No-Bake Cookies Out Of The Water
For days you don't want to turn on the oven but you want the experience of a freshly baked cookie, no-bake recipes are the perfect solution. The simplest no-bake cookie recipe calls for little more than milk, butter, sugar, peanut butter, and oats, but other recipes take things to a whole new level.
TikTok's viral strawberry cluster cookies, for instance, involve fresh strawberries, yogurt, honey, and — of course — chocolate chips. Because this recipe calls for washing and dicing the strawberries, melting the chocolate chips, and dipping the clusters in the chocolate, it's a bit more involved than other no-bake recipes. That being said, these cookies look like they're more than worth the effort.
While not everyone is convinced, the viral recipe has won over its fans. For instance, one TikToker was initially skeptical about this particular recipe and thought the strawberry clusters trend was overhyped. However, she quickly changed her mind upon trying the recipe for herself. If you want to try to recipe yourself, here's how you can make it.
How to make your very own TikTok strawberry clusters
As mentioned previously, these treats take a little bit of prep work. In another TikTok, a TikToker demonstrates the process, starting with chopping up clean strawberries. Next, you should mix the strawberry pieces with yogurt and honey. Once the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, you make the clusters on a cookie sheet. These then go into the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to harden.

While the clusters are hardening, you should melt your chocolate chips for dipping the clusters. After coating the hardened clusters in the chocolate, place them back into the freezer to let the chocolate solidify. Just like that, the strawberry clusters are ready to eat.
Of course, this treat is also super easy to customize. Don't like strawberries? Use a different berry — blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries. Don't eat dairy? Swap out the yogurt and chocolate chips for dairy-free products. You can also add more ingredients, like oats or nuts to your clusters. Say goodbye to eating strawberries the wrong way.
