A Chick-Fil-A Charcuterie Board Is The Next Go-To Party Platter
Charcuterie boards are typically made with nuts, crackers, fresh deli meats, eccentric cheeses, and sweet jams and honey. While they can certainly be luxurious and sophisticated, who said there's anything wrong with making a charcuterie board with a junk-food ethos? Embracing the spirit of the fast-food charcuterie, Chick-fil-A fans on social media are going viral for assembling platters made with the chain's staple menu items.
Prepared just like any other charcuterie platter, the Chick-fil-A board is a smorgasbord spread, with chicken sandwiches at its center complimented by nuggets, mac and cheese, and of course, Chick-fil-A's famous waffle fries. But what good is a charcuterie board without condiments and spreads? Although your typical charcuterie platter should boast jam and honey as toppers, this fried-chicken-inspired iteration calls for Chick-fil-A sauce instead.
When it comes to celebrations, movie nights with the girls, or the annual office soiree, the Chick-fil-A charcuterie can satisfy just about anyone's taste (just be sure to wash it down with the chain's famous sweet tea). Since you'd be hard-pressed to find a child who likes tinned fish and brie cheese on multi-grain crackers, this sinful charcuterie board is a perfect choice for a children's birthday party that adults can indulge in too.
Chick-fil-A charcuterie boards are customizable
A Chick-fil-A location in Baytown, Texas is in on the trend and recently posted its own take on the fried chicken charcuterie board via Facebook. Only instead of dinner entrees, the Baytown Chick-fil-A employees proved the trend is customizable by assembling a platter with the chain's breakfast offerings including Chick-n-Minis, chicken biscuits, and bacon egg and cheese sandwiches.
Chick-fil-A says that although they don't actually have a secret menu, employees are happy to customize orders for creative customers. If you want a hot honey drizzle over your charcuterie board, blend together the chain's honey packet with its buffalo sauce for a sweet and spicy flair. Add slices of pepper jack for a more authentic charcuterie feel, and if you want to liven it up with some healthy greens, consider adding a side of Chick-fil-A's crunchy kale salad or even its assortment of mixed fruits.

Of course, you can't forget some sweet treats to compliment that famous peanut oil-fried chicken. Consider including a Chick-fil-A brownie or cookie to fill out your savory charcuterie board. If you can eat it before it melts, a cup of ice cream to dip your fries in will take you to charcuterie heaven.
Next time you're having a party, head to your local Chick-fil-A for a people-pleasing platter that anyone can enjoy — don't forget extra pickles!
