Victoria Beckham's Go-To Dessert Is Foolproof

British fashion designer and former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham (née Adams) is not only known for her chic sense of style, but also for her quiet and reserved nature despite spending a good portion of her life in the limelight. Posh Spice, as she was lovingly nicknamed in the '90s during her girl group days, is married to retired footballer David Beckham, with whom she has four children (per Biography).

Needless to say, Beckham has quite a bit to be proud of. For one, her eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham, has made a name for himself, showing off his cooking chops in his online series "Cookin' with Brooklyn." When it comes to food, Beckham likes to keep things simple and wholesome. She loves to nosh on toast, fish with vegetables, and bee pollen. Hello Magazine reports that she is a huge fan of avocados — so much that she eats three or four every single day. While she sticks to a relatively nutritious diet, she certainly enjoys dessert. The former pop star recently shared her all-time favorite sweet treat. Hint: It contains chocolate.

Victoria Beckham is a fan of homemade brownies

A wise group of ladies once said, "Baking is too easy, but that's the way it is." And the one and only Victoria Beckham couldn't agree more. Her dessert of choice? Brownies, of course. Who knew that VB possessed such a marvelous hidden talent?

To celebrate her 40th birthday back in 2014, she offered up her super reliable recipe for super delicious brownies to People. Perhaps surprisingly, Posh's brownie recipe calls for the basics: butter sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, and salt. Then, in 2016, she posted a photo of a tray of brownies she whipped up for one of her kids' school events on her Instagram with the caption, "Summer school fete!! Who knew?!?! #mummyduties #triedmybest X VB."

While Beckham's humble, rudimentary, "not too fudgy" brownies may not be as chic as her wardrobe, you can always add some pizzazz of your own to honor the timeless fashionista and beloved Britpop icon.
