A new type of pizza has popped up with a white garlic sauce, cheese, and, drumroll, please… dill pickles. We have Rhino’s Pizzeria in Rochester, New York, to thank for the concoction, which was devised back in 2018 as a take on the classic pizza with an acidic twist.
The topping went viral, with Rhino’s Pizzeria drawing curious out-of-state customers; they’ve even started selling their famous sauce online if you want to make the pizza yourself. Additionally, the combination has gained popularity nationwide, so you might find it at a local pizzeria.
