Wendy's has a pretty extensive menu these days, but the chain is a burger joint first and foremost, and creative limited-edition burgers are nothing new for the company. As of Sep. 13, 2022, one fan-favorite burger that left the Wendy's menu last year is finally returning: the Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger.

This cheeseburger consists of a quarter-pound beef patty topped with beer cheese sauce, bacon, fried onions, honey mustard, Muenster cheese, and pickles on a pretzel bun. Wendy's happens to be the only fast-food chain that offers this unique bun, and the burger is available to order in stores or through the app.

If beef isn't really your thing, you can swap out the beef patty for a chicken breast. The last time the Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger was on the menu, Thrillist's Dustin Nelson said it might be the best burger at Wendy's; no end date has been announced for the sandwich's availability, so maybe it'll stick around for good.
