Here's Why Brazilian Steakhouses Are So Expensive
BY TYLER BUNTON
Paying $70 for a steak dinner may seem like a splurge, but the price is justified for a few reasons at an all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse.
Compared to other meat-heavy restaurants, $70 for a steak dinner isn’t too expensive. At a Brazilian steakhouse, you get to experience churrasco, Brazilian barbecue.
Brazilian steakhouses offer a diverse selection of meat sourced from high-quality suppliers, perfectly cooked, and served with a mouthwatering side of chimichurri.
Some can’t-miss options include picanha with a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, costela or ribs, and thinly sliced fraldinha skirt steak.
There’s also linguiça sausage, pernil pork, cordeiro lamb, pão de queijo cheese bread, pão de alho garlic bread, tapioca and yucca fries, fried bananas, and grilled pineapple.
