3-Ingredient Marshmallow Pumpkin Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
-1 (16.25 ounce) package white cake mix
-15 ounces (about 1-½ cups) pumpkin pie mix
-1 cup marshmallow cream

Total Time:
-5 minutes prep, 30 minutes cook
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9-inch cake round with butter or baking spray.

2. Combine the cake mix and pumpkin pie mix, and whisk until the batter is light and fluffy.

3. Pour the batter into the pan, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes on the middle rack.
4. Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before flipping it out onto a plate and transferring it to a cooling rack.

5. Whip the marshmallow cream with 1 tablespoon of warm water to thin it.

6. Spread the marshmallow frosting over top of the cake and serve.
