Ingredients
  • 1 cup long grain brown rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Directions
  1. Rinse the rice in a colander to remove the excess starch.
  2. Add the water and rice to a medium pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook uncovered for 30 minutes.
  4. Drain the rice and return it to the pot. Fluff the rice with a fork to ensure doneness. Stir in the soy sauce, then serve.
