Easy Pear And Blackberry Crumble Recipe

Ingredients
½ cup + 1 tablespoon butter (cold and cut into small chunks)
1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ cup + 2 tablespoons sugar (divided)
1 cup rolled oats
2 14.1-oz cans of pear halves (drained)
2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, use your hands to rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Add ½ cup of sugar and oats to the bowl. Stir to combine and set aside.
Put the pears and blackberries into the bottom of a medium-large oven dish.
Sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Spoon the crumble mixture on top of the fruit in an even layer.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the crumble topping is golden. Serve immediately.
