Ingredients
  • 4 cups frozen pitted cherries
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 jalapeño, diced with stem and seeds removed
Directions
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a large stockpot.
  2. Place the stockpot on a burner over medium heat.
  3. Cook the contents, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes.
  4. Serve as a condiment as desired.
