Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
  1. Place broth in the bottom of the Instant Pot. Add chicken breasts, salt, and pepper.
  2. Close the lid. Turn the valve to sealing and select Pressure Cook on high for 8 minutes.
  3. Once the timer goes off, allow to naturally release. Remove lid and chicken breasts. Shred if desired.
