Ingredients
  • 12 ounces of cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/3 cup of poblano pepper, minced
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro roughly chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 of a teaspoon sea salt, more to taste
Directions
  1. Wash cilantro and pat dry with a paper towel. Chop veggies.
  2. Combine the tomatoes, poblano, jalapeƱo, cilantro, taco seasoning, onion, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Adjust seasonings to taste and enjoy.
