Ingredients
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 strips of bacon, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 pound ground beef, portioned into 8 balls
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 8 brioche-style slider rolls
Directions
  1. To make the dressing, place the mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley in a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk to combine, cover, and refrigerate until ready to assemble the sliders.
  3. Warm a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Once hot, add the bacon.
  5. Cook the bacon until crispy, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Using a slotted spoon, remove the bacon from the skillet, and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
  7. Add the butter to the skillet.
  8. Once the butter has melted, add the onions, and cook until tender and golden, about 10 minutes.
  9. Using a slotted spoon, remove the onions, and set aside on the plate with the bacon.
  10. Meanwhile, season the portioned ground beef with salt and pepper.
  11. Add the beef to the skillet and sear for 1 minute.
  12. Using a spatula, firmly press the balls into patties, and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
  13. Flip the patties and cook for 2 minutes more, or until the burgers are cooked through.
  14. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside on a paper-towel lined plate to drain.
  15. Tear the American cheese slices into quarters, top the burgers with 2 pieces each, and let the residual heat from the patties melt the cheese.
  16. Meanwhile, spoon a tablespoon of ranch dressing onto the bottom buns.
  17. Top the ranch dressing with bacon and onions.
  18. Place the burger patty over the bacon and onions.
  19. Spoon a tablespoon of ranch dressing onto the top bun before capping the burgers and serving.
