Gin Fizz Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 ounces club soda
Directions
  1. Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously without ice for around 15-25 seconds.
  3. Next, add ice cubes to the shaker and shake again until the cocktail is well-chilled, for another 15-30 seconds.
  4. Finally, strain the cocktail into a highball glass and top it with club soda to finish it off.
  5. Garnish with lemon shavings and serve.
