Ingredients
1 (4-pound) pork butt roast
2 tablespoons Hawaiian sea salt
1 ½ tablespoons liquid smoke
Directions
Pat the pork dry with a paper towel.
Pierce the meat with a fork and rub it with salt and liquid smoke.
Transfer the pork to a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours, turning once halfway through cooking.
When the pork begins to fall apart, shred it with two forks and serve.
