Ingredients
  • 1 (4-pound) pork butt roast
  • 2 tablespoons Hawaiian sea salt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons liquid smoke
Directions
  1. Pat the pork dry with a paper towel.
  2. Pierce the meat with a fork and rub it with salt and liquid smoke.
  3. Transfer the pork to a slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours, turning once halfway through cooking.
  5. When the pork begins to fall apart, shred it with two forks and serve.
