Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • pinch of salt
Directions
  1. Add the almond flour and powdered sugar to a food processor and pulse until mixed.
  2. Add the egg white, almond extract, and salt, pulsing until a paste forms.
  3. Roll the paste into a log and cover it with plastic wrap.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months until ready to use.
