Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon coriander
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
Use as desired, and store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
